  The glasses chains I ordered are absolutely gorgeous—stylish, well-crafted, and thoughtfully presented. The seller is excellent: everything was beautifully packaged and clearly handled with care. Postage took a little longer as it came from Western Australia, but that's completely understandable. I especially appreciate the attention to detail in the presentation.

  Colour not at all accurate. It arrived fine, but taking it out of its envelope, it was nothing like the colour of the products image. It was a light green colour, not what the image showed, which appeared as an aqua green sort of colour. I don't like leaving a negative review but I think that the product should always match what was shown. a bit disappointing to recieve something that's not quite the same as photo..

  Sent flat laces instead of the round laces that I ordered. I sent them an email with no reply. Sent another email saying I want the correct ones or I’ll report to eBay. They sent me a refund instead but with no communication. Won’t use them again!
