  Good price for this box of bird fat balls. Arrived on the last day of the estimated delivery . The tracking was useless though as after the initial tracking number was provided there were no further updates on its progress and when it arrived without warning it was left on the roadside and the box was badly damaged. Luckily it had been put on an old wooden table so even though some of the fat balls were out of their packets and loose they hadn’t rolled far ! Good seller, poor delivery method !

  Avoid! Had delays in receiving the item. Wrong tracking number provided. Unboxed - yet picture shows a box. Pretty sure they order direct from Ali Express/Temu even though it says it will be posted from London. Not a good Ebay seller.

  Unfortunately, the item didn't arrive, however the seller responded quickly with either a replacement or a refund, which I greatly appreciate for it. Even though I didn't recieve the item, that deserves fair and honest feedback.

  The goods arrived past the expected delivery time and looks like it was sat on! The box was completely crushed at one end. I sent photos to the seller mainly to draw his attention to the courier he's chosen. I did not even receive the curtesy of a response. Not the kind of seller we've come to experience over the years.

  WARNING / CAUTION! This was the worst eBay seller in years. They sent me a bunch of building blocks in a box WITHOUT any instructions! I wrote to them and asked for instructions. Unfortunately, no response. My advice: Stay away.
