    Great quality monitor stand. Arrived sealed and new. Excellent customer service received from the seller. The parcel was delayed by the courier service but the seller was quick to respond and provide updates.. even gave the assurance that if the monitor stand didn’t arrive or arrived damaged, it would be happily replaced! Evri lost my parcel at first and then damaged it, but nothing was to much for the seller who kept me updated every step of the way!     The product’s packaging was damaged and a part of the fixings was missing as a result. The damage was caused by the courier so out of the control of the seller. The seller offered a refund and provided links to sellers of the missing part (as he did not have any spare parts). Good service which resolved the issue.
