  Item arrived in good working order, it was initially missing the upper trim piece but the seller sent it afterwards. The item came full of mouse feces and urine. Packaging had mouse feces all through it. The unit it self could be tilted sided to side and mouse feces kept falling out. I had to take the time to sanitize the entire unit before use. I reached out to the seller about the issue and they provided no sort of resolution. I think it would be appropriate to refund a partial amount.

  I had the wrong shipping address and had to contact the owner and get it changed. He was fantastic and had it all changed and the part that I purchased from him took me 5 minutes to install and it works perfectly. Highly recommended to any car part buyers.
