  Item described as "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item" but it was a returned item in original box but had been opened and was not sealed. Otherwise, item was fine - fast despatch, well packaged and value for money.

  When the delivery came it was an empty envelope. I left a message for the seller and he replaced the item straight away. Some other buyers had experienced the same issue. I would definitely recommend this seller and I am more than happy with the outcome. Great product. Perfect condition.

  Royal mail lost the first package contents, so I contacted seller, and seller sent out new package straight away no problem. So all good in the end, it's a shame the way royal mail are letting sellers and buyers down. But the seller here is very accommodating. Thankyou

  Quality item, at a very good price. Package arrived earlier than expected, unlike the first that was sent out with just the envelope arriving. Not the fault of the sender I might add. Communication with sender was brilliant and he sent out the replacement as soon as notified. Well done and thank you, Ian.
