  Slow shipping, so slow I canceled the order. I do not pass out neutral or negative feedback lightly as I do not know seller's personal circumstances. I needed papers sooner so it was my decision to cancel this order. May try to purchase again when I am possibly not as much in need of a quick delivery. Second chances are up my alley for sure. I can not recommend this seller at this time but possibly may do so in the near future.
