  Item as described and well wrapped. Unfortunately, I placed order on Dec 2 and shipping label wasn't prepared until Dec 14. Almost 2 weeks from order to being shipped is not acceptable when there was no communication as to why the delay. On top of that, due to either weather or holiday backup package sat in WI/MN for 10 days. From there it took only 5 days, including Christmas, to receive package. When opened packaging had a distinctive unpleasant musty odor. Overall not a good experience.

  I contacted the seller multiple times, but after 10 days the item still had not been shipped. The seller mentioned he would ship it upon his return, but there was no update and the item remained unshipped. I requested either a tracking number or a refund, and the seller ultimately issued a refund. While I appreciated the resolution, I was really looking forward to receiving this item and was very disappointed with the overall experience.
