    The sellers response time was almost immediate. Seller accepted my offer and was confirmed via email shortly afterwards. Shipping/tracking info was given and the item showed up within the stated timeframe. Package was sent in a clean box, properly labeled and well protected. The display box was wrapped in clean paper then an outer layer of bubble wrap and closed with an Ebay sticker. Very professional. Watch is exactly as described. I can definitely recommend doing business with this seller!

    Snow delayed receiving my package by a few days. The brooch was packaged beautifully and arrived safely. I was so excited to have received my brooch. It is exactly as described and is a great value for the money. I immediately put it on because there was no need for polishing.

    Figurine is absolutely perfect, excellent packing, and item arrived in perfect shape! Speed of delivery left something to be desired, it was the last of the Lladros that I ordered to arrive, taking almost a month, where others took only two weeks. If it had not been the perfect figurine I would be more upset!

    Seller immediately refunded me for the item. It was brand new never opened factory sealed and was a dud. It happens. Not the sellers fault by any means!!! They immediately answered my situation and was taken care of very fast. This seller is on top of his game even in situations like this one. This says alot about character to me. You will be blessed in your days for what you addressed here . Thank you & God bless. P.S. I rated the ressolve 5 Stars. Not the item.
