  Everything in the sale was going great....until I received the boots. Boots in the pictures and in hand at first appeared to be in very good condition. Then the soles started to disintegrate and detach from the shoes. Super bummed since I was looking forward to wearing them for work. I contacted the seller and she seemed understanding and accepted my return/refund. Packaging, shipping, and seller were all good. Value was great and I just wish the boots were not damaged :(
