    During the process of ordering, I had sent a question up to the seller regarding the run number of this Ravensburger puzzle. Run numbers are very difficult to see, but she was diligent in finding the information and responding quickly. Excellent personal service! Today, I received my brand new puzzle, shrink wrap perfectly intact, packaged very carefully, and received in a timely manner after I ordered. I highly recommend this seller and would buy again from Rose’s Elegantiques!

    Items were as described and shipped quickly. Sadly, one broke during shipping. The seller was quick to get back to me when I let them know and offered a refund. I could tell they really had made an effort to pack them well, so I would buy from them again.

    What a beautiful puzzle! It arrived early which was delightful and appears exactly as described in the listing. The price was good - I wouldn't have paid more. However, the shipping ($14.40) was high, and I almost didn't buy it because of that.
