  The packaging was excellent. It was exactly as the seller told in its description of this item. I would buy from this seller again. My mail carrier did not bring it. I had to go pick it up because I had gotten a message that it was going to be delivered today, but that is not the seller’s fault that is the Postal Service fault. I think the mail carrier doesn’t pay attention to what she is supposed to be doing, but I’m very pleased with the seller and the value of this item. Thank you

  VERY NICE transaction! Item was well-described, and actually came in pretty much "mint" condition - no signs of "patina" from use. So I found the seller's price and shipping cost were fair. Securely packed, too - and I appreciate the little handwritten "Thank You" note. Good to see some sellers still give the personal touch!

  Love, love, love this topiary! It's as described, but even prettier! The seller packaged the topiary very well so that it was protected from the weather and damage.   I appreciate the seller responded my question quickly. The shipping is fast and packaging is well. The napkin holder is as described, very pretty. But it's too small for napkin -- I think it's good for letters. I will need to look for a bigger one. I will buy again from the seller.
