  Shipper was responsive, friendly, and quick to ship. Packaging was ideal. Even came in the original Build a Bear box with the birth certificate and tags still attached. Seller sent the product with a cute necklace. Not sure why but she also sent a paper bag with a silly poop figurine lol - as a vet tech, I laughed haha. It will go to the vet clinic with me. Over all great experience. Would buy from again. Great cost on an out of stock and highly sought after item with free shipping.

  This item was in NEW condition. The seller shipped it very quickly and packed it well. It was exactly as described, and had many pictures to really see the angles. She boxed it in a sturdy box to protect it. It was a good value as it is discontinued. I am very happy with the seller.
