  Very well packaged. We had a problem with it not opening when the power button was pressed. The seller sent us a postage paid mailing label and said as soon as they receive it, they will send us another with the same specifications. The replacement arrived in a few days, and it is outstanding! We couldn’t be happier. Great Ebayer!

  The item I purchased, a 2019 MacBook Pro 15, was just as described.. The quality of the device was excellent, and I was able to set it up quickly, as the seller had already updated it to the latest Sequoia release. The unit as received was very well packed, and everything was clean and undamaged. The shipping of this unit was the fastest I have ever experienced when dealing with sellers on eBay - four days from order to sitting on my doorstep.
