  Im questioning the sellers integrity for sending an item he knew was damaged. The item arrived with a stone missing and glued to the inside top of the cardboard lid in was in. Then I inspected the item and noticed they had more glue residue around the area where the stone was missing. Contacted the seller and he advised he would send a return label, 4 days later haven’t received anything. Asked for partial refund to fix the item and they also denied. Beware of sketchy seller.

  I contacted the seller and explained the issue. Seller responded and refunded my payment. Simple mistake but handled very quickly and professionally. Thank you and I will be buying from this seller again in the future.
