  I ordered 2 but was only sent one. I contacted seller and was issued immediate refund. Seller friendly. Highly recommend this seller as well as you buying this item as it will extend the life of your laptop. I purchased two as one laptop the fan was running a lot. Well, I got blue screen of death and was quoted $180 for repair. So this product is a necessity.

  Ordered Aug. 22, arrived Sept. 03 which is good shipping time. The clock mechanism arrived with the hands not on it, which is normal however; when my package arrived, the spindle (part the hands pop onto) was sticking right through the shipping envelope telling me it was subjected to being crushed/impacted during shipping. I put the hands onto the spindle, put in a battery and it seems to be working. It runs quiet. Good price. Seller resolved all issues.
