    The quality and value of the watch and appearance was in exact condition that it was described. It was shipped fast and I received the item with it four business days. After opening and seeing the watch it was the wrong size that I preferred and I contacted the seller and with no questions asked he said send it back and he gave me a refund with no problem at all. He was so professional and I know why he is top rated now for a great customer service in quality.

    Unfortunately the package disappeared in transit. That is certainly not the seller's fault. Package was dispatched promptly on seller's end. Communication was excellent throughout. Price paid (and promptly refunded after the package could not be located) was very fair. Item looked wonderful. SELLER WAS WONDERFUL AND I WOULD ORDER FROM THEM WITH NO HESITATION.

    This is a beautiful Aquamarine 💍. It arrived in a pretty box, wrapped and boxed for protection. It arrived quickly. They were easy to communicate with, as this style is too modern for me. I returned it and was refunded quickly. I may have made an error. It's a stunning ring with a large stone! It is my granddaughters birthstone....🤦‍♀️I recommend this Seller! A+
