  A week just to mail it. Took almost a month to receive a box full of dust & plaster. Item described openly as brass and bronze, nothing of the sort. Normally the shipping would get a pass but I see I’m not the first this happened to but to describe it as bronze & brass & receive it in millions of pieces it was simple deception and dishonest. You can’t confuse metal with plaster. Not even glueable. Shipping an item and creating a label are 2 different things, told shipped but only created label.

  Refort went above and beyond to provide great customer service and gave us a wonderful resolution to a problem that was only fully disclosed upon opening the box. The seller did their best to make good on the product and seller's reputation. A situation that would have made a little boy heartsick (grandson bought this as a gift for his dad), provides us all with a life lesson about goodwill, kindness (2 days before xmas!) and honoring one's reputation and word. COMPLETELY RECOMMEND THIS SELLER.
