  Ordered a set of skates unfortunately they were the wrong color. Not a terrible color just not the ones I wanted. However rather than waiting a few more days for the right color I was offered a discount to keep these which I thought was more than fair. They came with original packaging and shipping was free. They also suggested a bigger size and glad they did as i needed them. Also they responded pretty quickly when I reached out to them. Great service! Thank you!

The customer service is excellent, professional, and eager to help with whatever questions i have.   I bought my first pair of Oxygen Argon skates from Roller Warehouse in 1998 and multiple times in the later years. It was a no brainer to get my newest pair from them when making my return to skating. This was the same great price, communication, quality and fast shipping I’ve come to expect over 2 decades. 10/10 service.
