I couldn't ask for a better experience, exceptional and meticulous care with packaging and shipping not to mention item was better than it was originally described.     Item arrived within a week and in a tightly sealed box. The headset was clearly used regularly at some point and not just used to test it so the description was a bit misleading but it was still in good condition. Overall the price I paid for it makes it worth it. Thanks!
