  I have to commend this seller. I had ordered the item based not on price but the speed in which the ad stated I would get he item. The windoe has passed and I had not received the item. I contacted the seller and advised them about the delay and the next day I received notification of delivery..... Im impressed.. I mean the item quality is not the issue, as it was made somewhere else, it is the quality of service received... Thank you

  The person did a great job with sending the package on time. Checked mailbox and it was there. Reassured me that eBay is a trusted source for sells and deliveries. Give this person 5 out of 5 because they also responded to my messages about my package. Very professional.

  I still have not received the item. It is presumed with the forwarder from the P.O Box as they need to send to Kuwait after they receive it and that will take 5-8 days from the time they receive it... The seller is very prompt and cooperative

  Seller answered me back right away my original order was being sent back to seller per usps bcuz usps couldn't verify my addy i let the seller know he would be getting it back he refunded me right away & i ordered another battery & put a different addy. The next morning i get a notification from usps the my original order was being delivered 🤯 i think usps needs to get it together anyways i msged the seller to say When i got the 2nd battery i would send it back and he let me keep it very nice.

  When USPS failed to deliver the originally sent item, seller sent another. When USPS, ignored the no sort stamp, and broke that item, seller now out of stock, sourced the required item from another seller, and sent it to me to make sure I received what I purchased. Roldan-electronics is an honest seller, and stands by their promises. Great experience overall.

  The Post office crushed my item. When I reached out to seller they where more than happy to ship a replacement. Package arrived in perfect condition. Very friendly seller and easy to work with. Highly Recommend. Thank you.
