  Item didn’t fit as advertised but a $40 spacer fixed the issue. I think I could have been sent the wrong pulleys but Seller wasn’t much help when I emailed about problem twice. I don’t like leaving Negative feed backs so I didn’t. 🤨

  There is customer service and there are those who rise above and beyond...parts were perfect.... the usps screwed up the delivery but the seller truly showed integrity and even sent a replacement while I waited on the original delivery. Was very straight forward and communicated the way a business should. I will be doing business with this seller in the future based solely on this transaction. I respect integrity in business and would give him 150% sales rating if I could!

  Had an issue with shipping but not the seller's fault. With all of the added handling, due to the shipping issue, I expected the packaging and or the hardware to be potentially damaged. I am quite pleased to report that while the packaging did exhibit some minor signs of handling damage, the hardware was in good shape. I attribute that to the seller's attention to proper packaging. I will certainly consider this seller for future purchases.
