  The item arrived later than expected, but that's understandable with international shipping. The product was exactly as described and I’m very satisfied. I asked to add a case, and the seller accommodated my request. Packaging was secure and gave a sense of reassurance. I did have to pay ¥6,800 in customs upon arrival in Japan.   The guitar is exactly what I was looking for, it was in excellent condition, brand new. I am very satisfied with how much I payed for it, a great value. It was delivered in perfect condition, just like it's appeared in ithe pictures I saw of it on line with no surprises. The quality of the instrument was what I had hoped for.
