  The seller shipped the item very quickly. It was packaged well and marked fragile, but unfortunately, broke in transit. I reached out to the seller, and he responded in minutes to my email. He was extremely apologetic, and immediately refunded my money. I was bummed about the item, but the seller's integrity turned what should have been a negative experience into a positive one. Knowing how he handles a situation gone wrong, I would not hesitate to make another purchase from this special seller.

  Everything A+ Excellent! 5 stars from me. I highly recommend this seller. Very kind, honest, and helpful quick reply communication, about this item. Just as advertised. Like new, and advrt. as is, no gaurentees, but refundable first 30 days after purchase if unsatisfied. I took a chance on a pre-owned Control Master 20, got a great deal. Its new with if any, very little use! Box top not in great shape, I fixed that by laminating it completly with a tape gun and clear box tape.👍
