  Exemplary customer service experience! The seller was very responsive to communications. The seller acknowledged an oversight with the item and offered to compensate buyer for the oversight. Once the item was purchased, the seller promptly shipped it. Upon receipt of the item, the item was as described, and it was a "great" value to the buyer. I would highly recommend this seller and I would purchase from seller again.

  The seller provided pictures and an item description that allowed me to assess the item's overall condition. Shipment was prompt and tracking info was provided. The shipping costs were very reasonable, and the item was received within the schedule set by the USPS. When received, I found the item was well packaged and had not received any damage during shipment. I definitely would buy from this seller again.

  The seller shipped the item very quickly. It was packaged well and marked fragile, but unfortunately, broke in transit. I reached out to the seller, and he responded in minutes to my email. He was extremely apologetic, and immediately refunded my money. I was bummed about the item, but the seller's integrity turned what should have been a negative experience into a positive one. Knowing how he handles a situation gone wrong, I would not hesitate to make another purchase from this special seller.

  Everything A+ Excellent! 5 stars from me. I highly recommend this seller. Very kind, honest, and helpful quick reply communication, about this item. Just as advertised. Like new, and advrt. as is, no gaurentees, but refundable first 30 days after purchase if unsatisfied. I took a chance on a pre-owned Control Master 20, got a great deal. Its new with if any, very little use! Box top not in great shape, I fixed that by laminating it completly with a tape gun and clear box tape.👍
