  There were some fulfilment issues that resulted in my having to reorder (not the fault of the seller) but the seller was super-communicative, apologetic and helpful. The scarf was worth the wait; it's just as beautiful as pictured and arrived very nicely, professionally packaged. I've had other scarves I've ordered turn out to be much duller and less attractive than they look in the listing. 5-Star Seller, for sure!

  I ordered the MK Merlot crossbody purse. After delay with delivery date anted for the bag, came and went I notified the seller. Seller response was very good. They gave me 3 options to make it right and me happy. I chose the option best suited for me and my bag was delivered intact and better than the photos. I would definitely order again from this seller.
