I asked to cancel the order and they refused and only then did they ship. They sent me fake tracking info for UPS when they gave ebay US postal tracking info. Messaging them was a pure headache. Recommend to ship in between two pieces of thicker card board and perhaps a bubble mailer. Item was as described, new and unused.
