Shipping untracked made me nervous, but it arrived in perfect condition so I'm satisfied. Seller offered a good deal price wise. I really like the way it looks. With that being said I think that if they strapped it to the backside of an elk it might have gotten here faster, Canadian Post sucks, USPS sucks, and Customs in between sucks too. Knowing what I know now i would still buy again because shipping was free and the product is cool. A++

Both times, the item was exactly as advertised, but both times, the shipping took a long time, presumably because it is regular mail from Canada.

With this transaction first guard arrived damaged. They shipped a replacement right away. Very responsive to emails also. Please understand shipping is a little slower because international but it’s not unreasonable at all. Highly recommend!!!!

Buyers should be aware, it can take a looooooooooooong time to arrive. Seller is a quality merchant, and when my guard did not arrive as expected, she was quite willing to refund me. The guard finally arrived unexpectedly (about 2 weeks later than estimated), I was more happy to allow her to charge my account again, because the guard is high quality. No problem ordering again, but will plan to wait a bit. Nice quality pickguard.
