  Item was shipped very quickly and was packed very nicely. I had EXCELLENT communication with the seller because the original package apparently got lost in shipping by USPS and I was offered either a refund or a replacement (I chose a replacement).   Product arrived this morning. It's not damaged and the items were neatly packed new the seal unbroken. The shipping was free. The price was affordable. Seal unbroken and new. High quality guitar strings. The article appears to be unopened and it arrived before due date.
