  after speaking with the sales and customer service department.. and they informed me of what happened to the second mount and why it hadn t arrived with the first one . i realized i had made my review without taking into the details of the shipment.. my issues were handled within hours of my disappointment and harsh comments.. the maim issue was a courier error and not the sales or customer support. they were very courteous. efficient and polite.. treated me with respect and prompt response.

  rocket-auto19 was easy to deal with and delivered exactly what I expected. I needed a color code 69I and they were the only seller that told me I could return the dash with free return shipping if the color was not correct. Quality was as advertised, brand new and it looks great, I believe this was a good value especially as compared to a used OEM dash. Looking forward to dealing with them again for any automotive parts.

  The product I received was not correct for my truck but it was not the vendors fault. Apparently there were two different packages offered by GM and I had the other one. The vendor communicated fast and well and issued a refund extremely fast and even apologized though it wasn’t their mistake. Great customer service. Hopefully I will find products they have in the future. Great vendor to deal with. Thanks Randy V

  Bottom line is this product went above and beyond my expectations. Even the way they packaged it. They really took a lot of care and thought to make sure that everything got here without scratches or a ripped open box or… the pictures do not do it justice. It came with a textured powder coat even the welds look very professional and it’s very thoroughly. Everything was packaged with upmost care..A+++
