  This was shipped well packaged and arrived with all parts. Seller wasn’t sure if he forgot to put a part in, and reached out to me. I opened the box to find all the parts, however when I turned it on it was running when the knob was in the off position. This was frustrating as it was described to be tested and working. I don’t consider that to be totally true, however my husband was able to take it apart and fix the switch so it turns off and I am pleased with my purchase.

  The item was in great used condition and operated properly. There was a hiccup with the shipping, and the seller went above and beyond to address this. Excellent communication and very responsive.
