  I ordered 16 Sticks of RAM, and got 15 of what I wanted, and 1 wrong one. I messaged the Seller, with a pic, and they sent a replacement right out. It's not about making a mistake. Because, we are all human. It's about correcting our errors. A Great Company. Will do business with again.

  This feedback is for the customer service alone, as i received the incorrect item by mistake. The seller refunded me immediately and without hesitation within 12 hours of my contacting them to let them know it was the wrong item.   MB was well packaged & arrived on time. Item would not post so put in a request for refund. Seller refunded purchase price the same day. So refreshing to see. The HP Prodesk 600 G5 MT MB is hard to get a good MB but no worries with seller that will refund right away. Will keep trying to get a good one. Seller did not communicate but did refund so mid marks for communication but top marks for service and instant refund. gave over all positive rating for that.

  the LCDs are beautiful and the packaging is top notch making sure they don't get damaged during shipping. good price and the seller is a fast shipper and quick to reply to any questions you might have. remember that if you are converting a non touch screen display to a touch screen display you need to order an additional cable that goes from the motherboard to the LCD .
