  Received the Erno Laszlo masks yesterday. Unfortunately, the product was old and the liquid in the first phase had evaporated. Informed seller of situation; she immediately responded + refunded me. I understand her situation: she was selling a prouct that was sealed and therefore could be regarded as new, but did not contain an expiration date. So the item was new, but also outdated. Will rate product description 5, with caveat. Very impressed by quick, positive response.

  Item came exactly as it was shown in the pictures. The packaging was simple with some box cardboard, but thankfully, nothing happened it during the ordeals of shipping. As a sucker for Great Courses material regarding history this was a great find. Good seller nonetheless!

  Item was shipped quickly. Packaging was good. Item was as described. I should have read the description more closely though. I was looking for a Xiaomi Band 7 but this was a generic brand which uses the same image as the real Xiaomi Band 7 on the box. But this is not a fault of the seller, it was marked as generic. I only looked at the picture.
