He is helpful! He is patient. When he has an item for bid he honors the bid AND is prompt in his delivery! This is not only a wonderful seller but a good person! My only worry is that the item said new and though the product does look new the packet was completely ripped open. I hope it works and that someone else had not used it first and returned it!
