It was specified that the item was sealed, but it was in fact opened and missing parts of the original packaging. The item appeared to have been unused. Still, no complaints because I could have reached out and inquired and I just didn't, so that's my own fault. The seller did include a "thank you" note, which was very much appreciated, so I would still call this a 5-star experience.

It was listed as new and the item came in a Fed Ex box only. It was a gift and I expected it to be in the original Hallmark packaging as it was listed as a Hallmark item. Disappointed with that. I expected a Hallmark presentation box for this gift. Other than that I'm happy😊
