      I purchased a used transmission(for a cousin) from this place,I realized that the shipping address was incorrect and messaged them to see about changing the shipping address.No response, so I messaged them again that afternoon.No response again.I figured,it's a business and I'm sure that they're busy! The next day I sent another, final message about changing the shipping address.Again nothing!So I then had to make arrangement to get it to my cousin! Sucky CUSTOMER SERVICE! Dont use this vendor!

      Item arrived timely and shipped for free despite requiring freight! What else can you say about used transmissions that are over 20 years old? The item's condition is in keeping with the condition of other parts of the vehicle shown in the photos like the shots under the hood. Honest seller. I appreciate the transparency into the vehicle the item came from. No surprises here. Thanks again.
