  I would like to start with the fact that this company is amazing. Had a small problem with the original shipment, contacted the seller and a replacement arrived in 24 hours. The shipment was in 100% perfect condition, first rate quality and at a good price. This item looked like it came from the manufacturer and not a distributor. Outstanding customer service and I highly recommend them.

  Item shipped. Status showed delivered to a patio. I know my UPS delivery man, and it was not delivered to my apartment I saw thenUPS driver, he always puts it at my front door. I tried contacting UPS and was told to call Amazon, reached out to Seller after a day they got back to me and said it was delivered, thanks basically. I did not receive the item and requested money back. Seller did give refund “even though it was delivered”.

  It's very hard to find these in my area so I started ordering them and I am very pleased with the seller and the communication from the seller. I ordered a few cases and they all didn't come at the same time but the seller definitely communicated and assured me that they were coming and when they would be here before I even asked. Definitely ordering from them again.

  Seller tried to provide a false tracking number. This tracking number supposedly stated the package was already delivered in "mailbox". This was incorrect because the address i provided was for a freight forwarding company, they don't have a "mailbox". Upon discovering this is immediately requested a refund. Now if the seller actually shipped package, which says it was already delivered, than why would they issue a refund no questions asked. Shady company. Wouldn't recommend.
