  The light tube arrived broken despite being packaged very well with no sign of damage. I contacted the seller with photos of the broken bulb. I returned it and received a refund promptly. So I recommend the seller for taking care of the problem. I ordered another one from another seller that came with the a light fixture with one end broken off and a power cord was not soldered in Place. I contacted them with photos in the return window and he refused to do anything.

  Great purchase experience! The item was packaged very safely, the item was exactly as described, and the shipping was affordable and fast.
