  Item was well packaged and received in the U.S. very quickly after it was shipped. The seller messaged about their handling time and my only gripe is that they can take up to 10 business days to ship (which they did). The helmet looks great and was in new condition as described. The price was good. I didn’t have to pay any import fees.

  Shipping was expedient. Carefully packaged. Item as described, new in sealed original packaging. Figure and accessories are in mint condition. The figure was released exclusively in Japan in August of 2022 and Takara Tomy doesn’t do reissues with this Diaclone Reboot line, so I found their price to be of fair value.   Very good professional seller! Awesome communication and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend them and would definitely purchase from them again in the future. If you are unsure about purchasing from them do not hesitate they will get your order to you and packaged securely and professionally.   A great product from a great seller. I will note I was told the item would ship 10 business days from purchase (which I did on April 23rd), and after 10 business days had passed, I reached out only to learn the product would ship the 13th of may. I don’t mind waiting, but it was not shipped when told it would initially. Solid product though, super happy to have it and the seller was at least responsive and packaged the item well. Would purchase from again!

  The item arrived on time and was well packaged, for which I would like to thank the seller. This is the third tool I have ordered from Japan. The previous two I ordered from other sellers arrived with empty packages that had been opened during transportation, and the tool I had ordered was missing. This seller took good care of his product so that it could reach its recipient intact. The condition of the item is new, unused, as described in the ad.
