  Item arrived on time and very well-packaged. It took me a fair bit of trying to get into the wooden box it was shipped in inside the cardboard box. The wooden box was wired shut and was very hard to get into. The item is just as described and looks like it would be a direct one-for-one swap, unfortunately I removed the diesel engine and installed an electric motor on my sailboat. However, I would have no problem ordering from this seller again in the future.

  I bought this item (mini tiller) used but unfortunately it was also broken. This could be a negative purchase but risingsatr took care of the problem especially Teena Who put up with my frustration with the purchase. I highly recommend risigsatr they stand behind the products that they sell I received a full refund and dealing with the PR personnel was very stress free. Back to the mini teller the manufacturer does not provide any information on how to contact them for replacement parts.
