  Outstanding in every way. Excellent communication, super-fast shipping, carefully packaged, and the earrings are even more beautiful in person. Better than described! They arrived to the US overnight from Japan - it was DHL in the US who took days to release the package for shipping after I paid the import fee. The price - even with the added tariffs - was very competitive to US prices, if not better. Amazing seller all around and will be back for more purchases. Thank you!

  Great service, item was in probably better condition than described and competitively priced. Questions were answered promptly and delivery was 4 days from being dispatched. Definitely recommend this seller, I will happily buy from Rise on vintage store again, 2 thumbs up.

  The bag was packaged very nicely, it had bubble wrap and another tissue around the bag protecting it. The dust bag was in a separate ziploc bag so it was great shipping packaging. The bag was in better condition than the pictures showed. It was shipped very fast but it took about two weeks to get here.

  The seller was always attentive and responsive throughout the process. Despite some issues with import duties, they were very supportive and offered a fair solution. The watch arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described, even better. I’m very satisfied with the purchase and highly recommend this seller.

  This bag exceeded my expectations. Even with the small aging flaws, the bags condition is almost perfect. I received my bag in 6 days. This company's customer service is A1, they respond to any questions and concerns quickly. The only downfall is the USA's greedy tariffs 😤🙄😬 $319 import fees. I contemplated letting the bag get sent back because of it, but, i decided to go ahead and pay the import fees, only because I have been looking for this bag for quite some time. Rise had the best price!
