  I did not receive my item unfortunately. However, seller was really quick in responding to my msgs and to give me the updates. As soon as they figured out that item might have got lost in transit I was promptly refunded. Really pleased with their service and will sure buy again.

  Unfortunately this item got lost in the post. I must add that this is the first time this has ever happened when buying from this seller, which I have done many times before. The seller contacted me to tell me it appeared something had gone wrong in transit, and immediately refunded my payment. I will use this seller again as my previous experiences have all been positive. I still give this seller a five star rating.

  When I ordered this earring,I received a courtesy message advising me of potential delays in advance.This managed expectations very well.and was a good idea. I had expected tracking arrival. This arrived earlier than expected,and is very unusual, good quality and sold as seen. Excellent service, thank you very much 😀
