    The supplier telephoned me immediately on receipt of my 40 year old foot control pedal to say that it was beyond repair as the internal plastic had deteriorated. However, at my request, he immediately ordered a new replacement from Bernina which was despatched straight away and arrived just before Christmas. Excellent service! Thank you.
