    I had an issue where Fedex damaged the box badly during shipping and the cassette was damaged. I contacted the seller and they were fantastic - responsive and got me a replacement part within 5 days. I can really trust them. Product is OEM without the packaging. All components are in great condition and new. Great value for money. Highly recommend buying from them. Shipping to the uk was super quick within 7 days, arriving on a weekend. A++++

    To Say it Mildly, This is the Best Seller of High End Shimano XTR Parts. There OE parts at Great Prices. Have Brought a few Items for this Seller Always a Wonderful experience. This Time there was a Shipping issue for US New tariff. Seller without Me having to Say anything Corrected the Issue, And I would Still Say Super Super Fast Shipping to Canada. Packaging for Shipping Amazing with them Arriving in Perfect Condition. If You Need XTR parts for your Bike this is the Best Place to Get them.

    I am very impressed! Intercontinental delivery took less than 3 days. All items accounted for including crank plastic cap and bottom bracket shims. And the shifter is exactly as requested. All brand new. Not the original packaging, but well protected and neatly boxed. Recommend this seller. Thank you!

    Hi review is similar to others. Very sceptical at first due to cost and supplier location but the other reviews convinced me to make the purchase. The condition and quality is as described genuine OEM parts, wrapped and packed perfectly and arrived in excellent condition (WO original boxes but not worried about that at all). Shipping was really quick to the UK. Would buy from again.
