He doesn't even have enough decency to say hey i must have messed up and help figure out what to do when he didn't pack his sale well enough and its broke when it gets to his customers

Hey there! You reached out to me 30 days after the part was received. The part was unfortunately received damaged. The listing pictures did not show the damage you relayed to me. When I suggested it must be shipping damage, you said it couldn't be and went on to fix the item yourself. Seeing as though it was infact shipping damage, I would again recommend opening a claim with USPS. The item was securely wrapped and put in an appropriate size box. Thanks.
