  I have put positive because the mug arrived very well wrapped in bubble wrap in a box, but sadly the handle is broken into 3 pieces! I am very sad about that but it has clearly happened in the post and is not your fault as it was so well wrapped! It must have been dropped I think. I will try and superglue it if I can. 🥺 but had to leave you good feedback as clearly not your fault.

  Brilliantly packaged, wonderful items and better than described and pictured. Arrived on time and although a little more expensive than I originally wanted to spend they are perfect and can’t wait to have them displayed as soon as the lounge is decorated :)
