I don't know, all I know is that when I noticed a stack of Pokemon characters on my grand-nephew's t-shirt, I asked if he would be interested in the plush version and which ones would he like. He pointed to 3 of 'em and Jiggly Puff was among them. This seller offered the BEST price, Free shipping, packed in a SECURE WAY and it arrived QUICKLY!!! WoW, can't go wrong with this seller on Ebay, LOVE IT (and so does Mikey, Jr.)

    Bought for autistic grandson who was fixated on having this toy. Had many options to purchase but chose based on reviews. Seller didn’t ship for 2 weeks after printing label. Grandson just kept repeating that he didn’t receive this gift as he so desired. He was in tears and I will never forget it but pray somehow he does. I do not recommend this seller to anyone. When I contacted him Because tracking wasn’t working he told Me to give it more time indicating it was a USPS error & not his.
