  As one of the screens from my previous order had come in damaged, I communicated with the seller for a replacement. The seller is easy and swift to communicate with and very understanding of product issues. I received a replacement in no time and this screen works perfectly! The seller made sure to package the screen with care to ensure it would not be damaged during shipping. Very good communicator, I would always recommend contacting them to work out issues.

  Arrived promptly and well packaged. Seller was helpful and prompt responding to questions. Would order again. Seller confirmed the laser was new abd the unit is in very good condition. However, the carrier frame has evidence of being harvested, whether this was from an unused unit or not and whether a new laser itself was placed on it is hard to verify. That being said, the unit was installed and operated as expected. Pictures shows leads before being soldered as they were received with unit.

  Order arrived in seven days. It was an original Sony part like the listing said. It was in new condition. It was packaged well. Even though the shipping box had a small hole gashed into it the part had no visible damage. I installed it into my Ps3. My Ps3 now works with the game that it was having trouble reading using the old laser mechanism. This seller had the best price on this Blu Ray laser part. Very happy with this seller on this order.
