    Rich is a terrific seller. USPS lost the package and Rich continued to follow up with them and kept in contact with me while we tracked the package down. It took a month to get here, but that was 100% on USPS, so no star deductions from me for that. The item is just as promised, and I’m pleased with my purchase. I’d definitely purchase from this seller again. Don’t hesitate to purchase from this seller. He will take good care of you.

    Seller was very gracious. Item was advertised as in working order and no returns allowed. When I received the item it did not work. Seller was very apologetic and allowed me to return. Even though product did not work I will continue to purchase from him b/c of his professionalism. This did not spoil my experience.

    This is the most beautiful piece of Thomas Kinkade's Christmas village. I had no idea it was so big! The seller was wonderful. I ordered this 2 days ago and already have it, the seller packaged this very carefully, was wonderful with communication. This was the only of many seller that had this piece at a fair price and very fair shipping price as well. The condition of this piece is excellent. All around one of the best ebay experiences.
