  Items as described, dispatched quickly by merchant, said quick dispatch confirmed by emails and package label. Excellent service by merchant. However, merchant should be aware that the courier - Yodel - then took **2 weeks** to deliver the package with no explanation for delay, by which time I had left on the trip for which the items were intended. On basis of my experience I would strongly recommend to merchant that he changes his courier.

  Do not use this seller. Advertised free postage., I ended up having to pay to receive my item due to them not putting enough postage on it. When I received my item, it was not as described or improper packaging. They did refund me the cost of the item, but not the cost of the postage.

  I ordered a new hot water bottle because my other one seemed to be getting a bit thin and I wasn't sure if it was safe,it arrived intact and packed in a plastic bag within the EDD and the price was competitive.
