The parts arrived fast, as described, perfectly packed and in NEW condition, also as described by the seller. I already installed it and it works perfectly well. We were going bonkers trying to get to understand what was wrong with our old ACU 400 Actuator. It is now obvious it was busted. The real test of a great seller is how they handle user error. They refunded my purchase with a small fee (for opening the unopened box -reasonable). What I hoped and more than what I expected.
